Figure Lengend Snippet: Overview of the dataset folder structure. The dataset is organised under a top-level directory (Dataset_root) containing 20 patient-specific folders (P01–P20). Each patient directory contains a 4D_CTA subfolder with cropped, time-resolved 3D computed tomography angiography (4D CTA) image volumes stored using the filename pattern cardiac_phase_*.nrrd. It also includes finite element model and mesh files of the abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and intraluminal thrombus (ILT) (AAA.inp, Wall.inp, ILT.inp), corresponding surface models (WallSurface.vtp, ILTSurface.vtp), and derived biomechanical maps including strain (strain.vtp), tension (tension.vtp), structural integrity index (SII.vtp), and relative structural integrity index (RSII.vtp). The number and naming conventions of cardiac-phase image volumes vary across patients and are summarised below the directory tree.
